Is LuxAura trade-only?
Yes. We supply interior designers, decorators, architects, curtain retailers, workrooms, homeware retailers and brands, stylists, commercial builders, fit-out contractors, multi-residential developers, hotels and facility managers. There is no consumer checkout or public retail price list.
How soon will a sales representative follow up?
Within one business day of receiving your Trade Application.
Can we supply our own fabric?
Yes. Fabric suitability, usable width, repeat, quantity and condition are reviewed before cutting. LuxAura can also source fabric for you.
What is the usual curtain lead time?
About 4 weeks from order with LuxAura fabric, and 4 to 6 weeks from the day we receive your fabric, subject to approved specifications and workload. The quote confirms the production and delivery scope.
Do you measure and install in Sydney?
Sydney measuring and installation for curtains, Roman blinds and roller blinds can be arranged by agreement. Responsibility for final measurements, fixings, power and commissioning is confirmed in the order scope.
Can we develop our own brand range?
Yes. Start with a sample and agree sizes, materials, MOQ, labels, packaging and design confidentiality before production.
Do you sell to homeowners?
We supply through interior designers and curtain retailers. Ask your designer or retailer about LuxAura.
