Terms for LuxAura trade enquiries and orders
These terms apply to the LuxAura website, trade applications, project enquiries, quotes and made-to-order product information.
Trade-only textile supply

1. Website purpose
The LuxAura website is a B2B marketing and enquiry platform for interior designers, decorators, architects, curtain retailers, workrooms, homeware retailers and brands, stylists, commercial builders, fit-out contractors, multi-residential developers, hotels and facility managers.
2. Trade applications and order approval
Submitting a form does not create a binding supply contract. Trade access requests and project briefs are reviewed before any commercial arrangement is confirmed.
3. Quotes, pricing and availability
Website content is general in nature and does not constitute instant pricing. Project responses, specifications, suitability and lead times remain subject to review and availability.
4. Trade access
LuxAura may request business details, ABN information or other supporting information before confirming trade supply. Applying does not guarantee approval.
5. Samples, colours and product representation
Images are indicative only. Screen-based colour, texture and scale may differ from physical products, so final decisions should be based on samples and approvals. Some images on this website are illustrations or reference designs and may not show completed LuxAura projects or exact products.
6. Project information supplied by you
You are responsible for the accuracy of project details, quantities, site conditions, intended usage and other information provided to LuxAura.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, imagery and branding are owned by LuxAura or used with permission. They must not be reused without written consent.
8. Made-to-order products and Australian Consumer Law
Specifications, styles, colours, lead times, warranty terms and prices for made-to-order products are confirmed in writing for each order. Nothing on this website excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
