Trade FAQ

What are the steps in a private-label cushion order?

Six steps: brief, fabric and components, sample, approval, production, then delivery and repeat orders. The approved sample becomes the master, and every repeat order is made against the recorded specification.

Can I order private-label cushions from outside Sydney?

Yes. We accept orders from anywhere in Australia and deliver Australia-wide. Sydney customers can also view fabrics at our Alexandria showroom by appointment. Tell us where you are and we advise how to review the sample.

Can you work from a sample or a picture?

Yes. For shaped or special cushions, send a sample or a clear picture with the dimensions marked. We confirm the pattern, fill and seams, and make a sample for approval before production.

What labels, tags and packaging can you provide?

Woven or printed labels, swing tags, packaging and carton quantities, agreed per brief. Tell us what your sales channel needs and we confirm what is possible before production.

How do you keep my collection consistent on repeat orders?

We record the approved sample as the master, with article and colour codes, component references, tolerances and any substitution approval. Repeat orders are made against that record.

Can I approve a sample before production?

Yes. Private-label cushions move to production only after the approved specification and sample are recorded. You can ask for changes before you approve.

What do I need to send for my first private-label order?

Send the use, shapes, sizes, quantities, colourways, fabric preference, label and packaging needs and your target date. We confirm the specification and terms against the brief.

Do private-label cushions use the same zips and thread?

Yes. Every LuxAura cushion uses YKK zips and Coats thread for the structural seams, so private-label collections have the same components as our own range.

Specifications, lead times and warranty terms are confirmed for each order in writing. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
