Can you make cushions under our own brand?
Yes. LuxAura makes private-label cushion collections for brands and retailers. We agree the specification, colourways, SKU plan, labels, tags and packaging, and move to production only after the approved sample is recorded.
Do you make printed linen and English-print cushions?
Yes. Printed linen and decorative prints can be made into cushions, with the print placed and repeated as agreed on the approved sample. Tell us the print scale and the shape and we confirm where the repeat falls before cutting.
Can you make irregular bay-window or seat cushions?
Yes. Send a paper template, or photos with the dimensions marked, with the thickness and fabric. We confirm the shape, edge and closure on a sample before production. See our guide to shaped seat cushions.
How do I choose fabric for decorative and high-use cushions?
Start with the use. Decorative cushions lean on palette, motif scale and softness. High-use cushions add abrasion, pilling, colourfastness, seam slippage and a realistic cleaning route. Both must be met in the approved sample.
Can an abrasion result alone establish commercial cushion suitability?
No. Abrasion cycles alone do not approve every commercial use. Identify the occupancy, the cleaning regime, the project requirements and the exact test reports, then confirm the fabric against them before quoting.
What should I send for a custom or private-label cushion quote?
Send the use and environment, finished cover dimensions, shape, quantity, colourways and fabric preference, plus insert details and any labels, packaging and delivery needs. We confirm the specification before cutting.
Can I view cushion fabrics in Sydney?
Yes, by appointment. Trade customers can view fabrics and samples at our Alexandria showroom. Contact the trade team to book, and tell us which range you want to see: linen, decorative or outdoor.
What are your minimum quantities?
Minimum quantities depend on fabric, size and construction, and are confirmed against your brief. Tell us the range and the number of colourways and we confirm before you commit.
How do you keep repeat orders consistent?
We record the approved sample or master, the article and colour code, component references, tolerances and any substitution approval. Repeat orders are then made against that record.
Can you match cushions to curtains or upholstery?
Yes. Cushions, curtains and upholstered pieces can share one fabric direction, so sourcing is not duplicated. Agree the fabric, orientation and seam positions before a sample or production order.
Can you make round, bolster and shaped cushions?
Yes. Round, bolster and other shaped cushions are made to your sample or picture. Tell us the shape, size, fabric and finish, and we confirm the pattern, fill and seams on a sample before production.
Can I order custom cushions from outside Sydney?
Yes. LuxAura is based in Alexandria, Sydney, and accepts orders from anywhere in Australia. Send a brief, a sample or a picture, and we deliver Australia-wide. Sydney customers can also view fabrics at our showroom by appointment.
Do you make cushions for hospitality and commercial spaces?
Yes. For commercial spaces we work from the occupancy, the cleaning regime and the project's test reports, and confirm the fabric and construction against them before quoting.
Are you a cushion manufacturer?
Yes. LuxAura manufactures made-to-order cushions for the trade, supplying Sydney and Australia-wide.
Do you make private-label cushions?
Yes. We make cushions for homeware retailers and brands to sell under their own label. Pricing can vary with quantity and is confirmed on enquiry.
