- 5. Production. Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, confirmed with your quote.

Trade customers can view samples at our Alexandria address by appointment. Discuss a sewn sample for soft styles, waterfall blinds, prints and borders.

How do I open a trade account with LuxAura?
Apply for Trade on this page. A representative replies within one business day with the next steps. LuxAura supplies the trade only, so we do not sell to your clients.
Can you work from a window schedule?
Yes. A schedule listing each room, window, finished size, mount, style, fabric, lining and control is the clearest brief. We check it, query anything unclear and quote against it.
How do I specify the raised height of a Roman blind?
Tell us the height you want the blind to stack to when raised and, for soft styles, the decorative drop to keep. We check the stack depth against the fabric and style before cutting.
What happens after I approve a sample?
We confirm the final sizes, fabric allocation and control, then put the order into production. Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, confirmed in writing with your quote.
Who approves the final dimensions?
Agree this in writing at quote stage. For eligible Sydney projects LuxAura can measure, or you can supply the dimensions and approve them. We record who approves them, so responsibility is clear.
Do you supply design studios outside Sydney?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide. Measuring and installation are offered in Sydney by arrangement.
Specifications, lead times and warranty terms are confirmed for each order in writing. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
