Private Label Textile Collections

From one approved sample to a coordinated collection for your store or brand. Develop cushions, seat pads, curtains and upholstery with fabric sourcing, labels and packaging agreed before production.

  • Trade supply only—no retail checkout or public price list
  • Your fabric or LuxAura sourcing
  • Representative follow-up within one business day

Start with a range brief that protects your margin

Define customer, target wholesale level, product family, size mix and expected quantities. Your sample should settle construction and material choices before the collection expands.

  • Choose hero products and supporting colourways.
  • Specify face fabric, lining or fill and sewn details.
  • Confirm MOQ by construction and colourway, not a single site-wide promise.
Fabrication & specification notes

Cutting yield, repeat matching, labour, components and packaging determine unit economics. A decorative ruffle or hand-positioned print can change the production cost even when the finished size is unchanged. Compare quotes on the same fabric, fill, closure and packaging specification.

Approve the sample and record the specification

A sample is useful only when it becomes a clear production reference. Record finished dimensions, tolerances, pattern placement, seams, zip, fill, labels and packed condition.

  • Approve sample revisions in writing.
  • Confirm pre-production fabric, colour and components.
  • Agree inspection points and repeat-order reference.

Your brand, your design and agreed handling

Private label can include sewn labels, care labels and packaging. Discuss design confidentiality and ownership in the supply agreement, including how samples and images may be used.

  • Confirm rights to customer-supplied artwork and designs.
  • Agree approved logo files and packaging content.
  • Define confidentiality and design-use restrictions in writing.
Fabrication & specification notes

No website slogan replaces an agreed design-rights or confidentiality term. Establish who owns supplied artwork, any new pattern or tooling and the approved scope of use. Avoid displaying a customer’s proprietary sample as a public product without permission.

Trade FAQ

Is there a fixed MOQ?

MOQ depends on fabric availability, construction, colourways, components and packaging. Submit the range brief for a specific minimum quantity and sample proposal.

Can we begin with a single sample?

Yes. Discuss a sample stage first, then confirm production quantities once construction and material choices are approved. Sample fees and timing are confirmed for the brief.

Specifications, lead times and warranty terms are confirmed for each order in writing. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
